"Putting all this information together makes me realise for just how long and in how many varied ways I have tried to help myself in over 40 years and only in the last two years have I asked for anything from the state and now feel guilty for doing so. It's ridiculous. Thank you for your much appreciated input. If I do get anywhere it will be because of your invaluable assistance".
