At present we are asking all clients to contact us by letter, telephone or email.


If you are an existing client:

  • You will have a phone number and email address for your caseworker.

  • Please contact them directly as they will be able to access their phone, voicemail and emails. Alternatively use info@pclc.org.uk.

  • Any documents you want to hand in can be posted through our letter box. They will be scanned and forwarded on to your caseworker on the next working day.


If you have a new enquiry:

  • We ask you to call our adviceline 020 8853 9993 at the times at which it is open:

  • Tuesday  10am - 1pm for Benefit or Employment enquiries.

  • Please do not call the adviceline outside these hours.

  • Thursday 10:30am - 12:30 for Immigration enquiries


Unfortunately, we are not currently able to provide our Monday morning Employment Drop-In Advice service.

We are unable to take telephone queries outside the immigration telephone advice session  on Thursday mornings During the telephone advice session we will only provide one-off advice and signposting as we  have no capacity to take on new clients on a full assistance basis. at present.  If you need assistance as well as advice, please therefore, do not telephone the advice session but instead contact one of the following:
