How we help you

We are unable to take telephone enquiries outside of our immigration telephone advice sessions on Thursday mornings.
During the telephone advice session we will only provide one-off advice and signposting. At present, we have limited capacity to take on new clients on a full assistance basis.
Therefore if you need assistance and advice, please visit one of our drop in sessions or contact one of the other agencies below.

Face to  Face Advice

We are also now providing face to face 'Drop In'  immigration advice at various community Centres in the borough. No appointment is necessary just come along to:

Mondays between 10 & 12 at The Forum, Trafalgar Road SE10 9EQ  

Tuesdays from 10:30 to 1:30 (only for those in the UK for 5 years or less) at the Migrant Hub - Woolwich Common Community Centre, Leslie Smith Square SE18 4DW

Thursdays between 10 & 12 at Glyndon Community Centre, Raglan Road SE18 7LB 

Fridays  from 9.30am to 12 noon at Woolwich Clockhouse Community Centre, Woolwich Dockyard SE18 5QL
